Delivery:
a) Delivery within the UK only at the price quoted upon placing the order
b) We will deliver to Overseas buyers at the prices quoted upon placing theorder or upon application where no price is available.
c) If an unsuitable carriage option is selected at check out, we reserve the right to amend to the correct charge without notice to the customer
Delivery cont:
a) We will arrange delivery of goods ordered by customers in accordance with the terms set out below.
b) Customers may make their own delivery arrangements or collect their order in person by prior arrangement and at our convenience.
c) We will endeavour to meet customer’s specific delivery requirements wherever possible but the customer will be liable for additional carriage charges relating to these requirements, particularly with regard to urgent shipping requests.
d) Individual parts: We aim to despatch all orders for individual stock parts within 48 hours of receipt and delivery is normally within 3-5 days for UK and Europe and 7-10 days for other destinations from date of despatch.
e) Complete Sets: Due to the wide choice available these are normally manufactured to order, delivery therefore takes around 28 days although we can often deliver to shorter timescales.
For customers ordering more than one item wherever possible we will combine the items in order to minimise shipping costs.
UK Orders
Orders will be despatched using Interlink Express Parcel Next day service, by 9.30 & by 12.00 services are available at extra cost.
Overseas Orders
Overseas orders are shipped normally using DPD Europe by road please allow up to 10 working days for European, USA and Canada deliveries, for other destinations please allow up to 14 days.
Non Stock Items
Every effort will be made to highlight out of stock items prior to an order being placed however if an item is unavailable we will contact you with a realistic estimated time of delivery, and give you the option of cancellation and full refund.
Holiday Periods
On occasions when the business is closed for holidays this will be clearly highlighted together with the return date. Customers placing orders during this time will not have their orders despatched or queries answered.
