1) You can notify us by email to sales@motorcycle-fairings.co.uk before the goods are despatched to you.
2) Where the goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods in accordance with the conditions set out below.
3) You may return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 7 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
4) Returned goods must be in the same condition as when despatched by ourselves.
5) The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.
6) A restocking and administration charge of 20% will be deducted for goods found not to be faulty.
7) Upon receipt of the returned goods we will provide you a refund or exchange of goods as required.
8) The right to return the goods to us referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
a) in the event that the product has been used, damaged by fitting or altered in any way.
b) to any products that we have painted or adapted specifically for you.
